Chicken, Bacon and Black Bean Wrap
This Chicken, Bacon and Black Bean Wrap combines shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, black beans, kale, and red onion layered inside a tortilla spread with green goddess hummus. Ingredients
- 2 tortillas
- 1 cup chicken shredded
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup kale shredded
- 1/4 cup green goddess hummus
- 1/4 cup Bacon crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion sliced
Instructions
- Lay the tortilla flat on a plate.
- Spread half of the green hummus onto each tortilla.
- On top of the hummus layer some kale, shredded chicken, black beans, bacon and red onion.
- Wrap the tortilla up and enjoy. If you'd like to save it for later, tie a string around it to hold it together. It will last in the fridge for up to a day in a sealed container.
