Chicken Bacon Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 large English cucumber diced
  • 1/3 cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/3 cup red onion, diced
  • 4-6 oz chicken grilled, baked, or rotisarrie
  • 2 lices Bacon crumbld
  • 1/2 avocado diced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add lettuce to a large bowl and top with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, onion, chicken, bacon, and avocado.
  2. Add vinaigrette and mix and top with feta cheese.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
