Chicken Bhuna

Chicken Bhuna is a richly spiced Indian chicken curry where boneless chicken pieces are cooked in a thick sauce made from sautéed onions, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and ginger, combined with ground spices including coriander, cumin, turmeric, and chili powder. The dish develops a thick, flavorful gravy after simmering gently until the chicken is cooked through.
