Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil to cook chicken
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 tsp salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp pepper adjust to taste
- 8 oz Fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb broccoli sliced into equal-size pieces
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
- Slice the chicken into evenly sized strips. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sauté the chicken in an oiled, large pan or skillet until golden brown. Set aside.
- Cook pasta in a pot according to package instructions minus 2 minutes. Toward the last 3 minutes, add broccoli to the boiling pasta. Cook. Drain and set aside. (Don't forget to set some water aside for the sauce.)
- To the same pan/skillet, combine heavy whipping cream, butter, pressed garlic, and grated parmesan cheese. Cook the sauce over medium-low heat until smooth.
- Add the cooked fettuccine, broccoli, and chicken back into the sauce. Toss everything together until well-combined and remove from heat.
- Serve with more parmesan cheese and enjoy!
