Chicken Caesar Pasta

Chicken Caesar Pasta takes your favorite restaurant quality caesar salad and upgrades it to a cheesy, noodly dish that everyone will rave about!  Made with a homemade Caesar dressing and juicy shredded chicken this savory dish is tangy and filling and oh so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 8  ounces  penne noodles
  • 2  cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • ½  cup  Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1  cup  caesar salad dressing
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • diced scallion, optional garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Boil pasta noodles according to package directions. Drain.
  3. Add noodles, chicken, parmesan, dressing, and 1 cup of mozzarella to a large bowl. Mix well.
  4. Pour contents into a prepared 9x13 pan. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle tomatoes over top of the cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.
