Chicken Caesar Wrap

This Chicken Caesar Wrap has all the flavors of Caesar salad, all wrapped up and ready to take on the go. So filling, satisfying and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2-3 cups romaine lettuce
  • caesar salad dressing to taste
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • croutons coarsely chopped
  • diced tomatoes lightly salted
  • 2 tortilla wraps burrito size, we like herb-flavored

Instructions

  1. Grill or bake the chicken breast and cut it into bite-size cubes. If you have an Instant Pot, see our recipe for Easy Instant Pot Chicken Breasts.
  2. Toss lettuce, dressing, cheese, and chicken in a large bowl until everything is coated with dressing.
  3. Place salad mixture in the middle of the wrap. Top with croutons and tomatoes.
  4. Wrap up tightly and serve!

Notes

  • Follow the recipe above, but eliminate the croutons. You can add them in just before serving.
  • Use plastic wrap to completely cover the wrap.
  • Keep wrap refrigerated or in a cooler until ready to eat.
