Chicken Club Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 large butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices thick cut bacon
  • 2 oz boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes halved
  • 2 oz avocado cubed
  • 1 tbsp ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry your lettuce leaves, set aside.
  2. In a small skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until cooked through. Drain on a paper towel and let cool. Once cooled, crumble bacon.
  3. Start assembling lettuce wraps by laying out lettuce leaf and layering ingredients inside.
  4. To finish, top with a drizzle of ranch dressing.
