Ingredients
Pizza
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese or part skim mozzarella
- 1 cooked boneless skinless chicken breast thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
To Make the Sauce
- In a small saucepan heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Once the oil is hot whisk in the flour and let it cook for 1 minute.
- Turn the heat down to medium and slowly whisk in the milk. Continue whisking and add in the salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Once the sauce has thickened (about 3-5 minutes) remove from the heat.

To Make the Pizza
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Roll the pizza dough out onto a pizza stone or sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Spread the white sauce onto the pizza dough. Top the pizza with the shredded cheese, chicken, ham, green onions, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
