Chicken Pakora
Chicken Pakora are bite-sized pieces of chicken coated in a spiced gram flour batter and deep-fried until golden and crispy. The batter includes garlic and ginger pastes, chili powders, turmeric, and coriander, delivering a complex, savory flavor. These pakoras have a crunchy exterior with tender chicken inside, making them a popular snack or appetizer alongside fresh yogurt chutney.

- 100 g gram flour Besan
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp chilli pepper crushed
- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder Haldi
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 ml water
- Coriander
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into small bite-size pieces and add into a bowl
