Chicken Pasta Salad

This delicious pasta salad features chicken, artichoke hearts, broccoli, and so much more.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bow tie pasta
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cooled
  • 1 pound broccoli
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms
  • 1 ounce can artichoke hearts in water drained
  • 1 ounce bottle Italian salad dressing

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions and set aside to cool.
  2. Chop the chicken and all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the pasta, chicken, and vegetables in a large bowl.
  4. Add the entire bottle of Italian dressing, toss, and serve.
