Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery chopped
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
