Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded or chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cups dried apricots chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds coarsely chopped
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons fresh tarragon chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Coleman's dried mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper to taste

  1. Mix all ingredients everything together and chill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
