Chicken salad with grapes is fun twist on a classic chicken salad recipe. It is made with chunks of chicken, crisp apples and celery, juicy grapes, dried cranberries, and walnuts tossed in a creamy sweet and tangy dressing!

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken cooked, shredded or diced
- 1 medium red apple cored and diced into cubes
- 1 cup red grapes sliced in half
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 2 stalks celery sliced thin
For the Dressing
- ¼ cup PLAIN yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chicken, apples, grapes, celery, and dried cranberries walnuts.
- In a small mixing bowl, add the dressing ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
- Pour the dressing over the ingredient in the other bowl and gently stir until they are all coated well.
- Place the chicken salad in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes if you have time for the flavors to meld together.

Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- I used a rotisserie chicken in this recipe but any baked or boiled boneless, skinless chicken breasts is perfect too.
- Swap the cranberries for raisins.
- Use green grapes if you'd like.
- Use a dairy free yogurt if desired. or mayo or a combination of ½ mayo and ½ plain yogurt.
- Use it in a wrap, bulky roll, croissant, favorite sandwich bread, on a bed of romaine lettuce, lettuce wrap or on its own with crackers or pita chips.
