Ingredients

  • 12-16 ounces chicken sausage
  • 2 cups zucchini diced into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups bell peppers chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
