Ingredients

  • 12 ounces COLEMAN ORGANIC® Apple Chicken Sausage
  • 1 onion , sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper , sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper , sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 TBSP olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with foil.
  3. Place the COLEMAN ORGANIC® Apple Chicken Sausage and sliced onions, and red and green bell peppers on the foil-lined sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes, turn the sausage and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Serve Hot.
