Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken 135g
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese 60g
  • 5 pieces sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil from the sun-dried tomato jar
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth add more oil if you don't have broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or cut into smaller pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor bowl.
  2. Blend until well combined and smooth. Add more oil from the sun-dried tomatoes or chicken broth if the spread is too thick.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve as a dip or on bread/soft pretzels spread with butter.
  5. Enjoy!
