Chicken Tikka
Chicken Tikka is a marinated grilled chicken dish where chicken pieces are coated in a spiced yogurt mixture including tandoori masala, chili powder, turmeric, cumin, fenugreek leaves, and mint sauce. The marination tenderizes and flavors the chicken before roasting at high temperature, yielding charred edges and moist, flavorful meat. It is traditionally served with naan bread and salad.
