- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 3 garlic cloves mashed
- 1 tablespoon ginger juice of grated
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Frying oil
Instructions
FOR THE CHCKEN WINGS
- Mix all the above ingredients and marinate for 24 hours
- Deep fry in small batches until golden.
