Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 3 garlic cloves mashed
  • 1 tablespoon ginger juice of grated
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Frying oil

Instructions

FOR THE CHCKEN WINGS
    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all the above ingredients and marinate for 24 hours
  2. Deep fry in small batches until golden.
FOR THE GINGER MAYONNAISE
  1. Mix all together and serve along side the wings.
