Chili Cheese Dip

Homemade chili cheese dip is cheesy and delicious and uses shredded cheese and cream cheese, no processed cheese! Packed with flavor and delicious add-ins.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces medium cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ cup onions diced
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 15 ounces pinto beans 1 can
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes canned
  • 4 ounces green chiles diced

Instructions

  1. In a saute pan, brown ground beef and onion until the beef is cooked and the onions are soft and translucent.
  2. Add the spices and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Combine the ground beef mixture and the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker. ⠀
  4. Cook on low for up to 2 hours. Keep on the warm setting if you need to keep it melted for a gathering or party.
