Ingredients
- 16 ounces medium cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- ½ pound ground beef
- ½ cup onions diced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 15 ounces pinto beans 1 can
- 1 cup diced tomatoes canned
- 4 ounces green chiles diced
Instructions
- In a saute pan, brown ground beef and onion until the beef is cooked and the onions are soft and translucent.
- Add the spices and cook for 3 minutes.
- Combine the ground beef mixture and the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker. ⠀
- Cook on low for up to 2 hours. Keep on the warm setting if you need to keep it melted for a gathering or party.
