Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp chili crisp
- 1 lb Shrimp cleaned
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 green onion chopped
- 4 tbsp cilantro chopped
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add garlic and chili crisp and stir-fry for a few seconds.
- Add shrimps and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Add the lemon juice, green onion, and cilantro; toss well. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste, if needed.
