Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime zest loosely packed from two limes
- 4 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a jar, put the lid on, and give it a good shake.
