Ingredients

  • 3 oz rice noodles
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1-2 jalapeños sliced into rounds (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ cup peanuts chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili crunch adjust to heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 can Fishwife Sichuan chili salmon

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse under cold water, and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté diced onion and sliced jalapeños until soft.
  3. Add Fishwife Sichuan chili salmon, breaking it into chunks, and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in soy sauce and chili crunch, cooking for another minute.
  5. Toss in the cooked rice noodles until evenly coated.
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped peanuts, and serve immediately.
