Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for extra heat

  1. In a small bowl, combine chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using.
  2. Mix the spices thoroughly until well blended.
  3. Transfer the seasoning mix to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.
