Chili's Queso Recipe

This queso dip tastes just like the one you get from Chili’s but it’s made in the comfort of your own kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Velveeta cheese chopped into cubes
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 15 ounces chili with no beans 1 can
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cumin
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1 lime quartered

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the cilantro and limes, into a skillet. A cast iron skillet works best.
  2. Cook on medium-low, stirring occasionally, until all the ingredients are melted together.
  3. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro. Serve with limes.
