Chilled Veggie Dip in a Bread Bowl

Chilled Veggie Dip in a Bread Bowl blends grated carrot, zucchini, and chopped spinach into a creamy base of sour cream, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise, seasoned with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dill. Refrigerating the mix allows flavors to develop. Serving it in a hollowed bread loaf alongside fresh vegetable sticks or chips makes for a casual party dish with fresh textures and a savory herbaceous flavor profile.
