- 95 gms butter 1/3 cup plus 1 ½ tbsp; melted
Yogurt Cream
- 700 gms yogurt 1 ½ lbs
- 300 ml whipping cream whipped with 1 tbsp sugar, 1 ¼ cups
- 120 gms sugar about 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp
- 12 gms gelatine sheets ½ oz
- 6 tbsp milk
Blueberry Compote
- 300 gms blueberries 1 ½ cups
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
