Ingredients

  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • pinch of red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, add 1 cup parsley, 1 cup cilantro, 2 tablespoons fresh oregano, 5 cloves garlic , ½ cup chopped red onion, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, ½ cup olive oil, salt and pepper, and pinch of red pepper flakes.
  2. Pulse until combined and smooth.
  3. Serve immediately on steak, chicken, or as a dipping sauce. Refrigerate for up to two weeks!
