Chinese Takeout Wings
Chinese Takeout Wings are chicken wings marinated in a blend of soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, garlic powder, sugar, black pepper, and egg, then coated with flour and cornstarch. Fried until golden and crispy, these wings offer a balanced savory, slightly sweet flavor with a crisp texture.
