Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn thawed, frozen, sweet
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeño finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine thawed corn and salt, mixing well to season the corn evenly.
  2. Add finely chopped red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and lemon juice to the corn. Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  3. Allow the salsa to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
