Chipped Beef Dip

This chipped beef dip with peperoncini is tangy and salty. There are bits of sliced green onions for crunch, color, and a mild onion flavor. The peperoncini adds a pickled, tangy flavor to brighten up the dip and the dried beef adds a salty, meaty flavor.

  • 2 tablespoons (5 whole peppers) Mezzetta Peperoncini finely chopped

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl, cream the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth with a hand mixer.
  2. Stir in the dried beef, chopped peperoncini, and sliced green onions until thoroughly combined.
