- ½ cup chive blossom vinegar see below for recipe
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 cup oil
Instructions
- Add chive blossom vinegar, honey salt and pepper to a pint jar.
- Pour in mild flavored oil.
- Shake well. serve immediately.

- Make Chive Blossom Vinegar before hand.
- Store this chive vinegar in the refrigerator. Allow the vinaigrette to sit on counter for at least 30 minutes before using. Shake well before serving.
- Use as a dressing for green salads to add a mild chive taste.
- Use it for a marinade for chicken, beef or pork.
- Add it to potato or macaroni salad, coleslaw or any other salads you like.
- Add it place of apple cider vinegar in your favorite recipes.
