Ingredients
- 2 cups almonds (roasted or plain) 300g
- 1 cup dark chocolate or semi sweet chocolate chips (150g)
- sea salt optional
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second bursts, stirring in between, until melted.
- Pour the almonds into the chocolate and stir to coat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the chocolate almonds to the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle them with a tiny bit of sea salt.
- Place the baking sheet of cashew clusters into the fridge for 30 minutes to harden.
