Chocolate Avocado Mousse (Super Easy!)

This chocolate avocado mousse is delicious and a breeze to make. It's lightly sweetened with ripe bananas and a little honey.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas at least not green
  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings: whipped cream and berries

Instructions

Blend:
    Cup of Yum
  1. In a food processor or blender, place the ripe bananas, avocados, cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla. Process until smooth.
Chill:
  1. Divide the chocolate mousse inside 4 ramekins or small bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. The colder the better.
Serve:
  1. Serve the chocolate mousse as is, topped with berries, or whipped cream.
