  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup cottage cheese (such as Friendship Dairies)
  • ¼ cup protein powder (chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 scoops ice (more or less to taste)
