Chocolate Banana Smoothie
This Chocolate Banana Smoothie is filled with bananas, oats, cocoa, and nut butter. This breakfast smoothie is full of good for you ingredients, but tastes like a healthy chocolate milkshake.

Ingredients
- 1 large banana frozen
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ Tbsp nut butter
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp chocolate chips Mini, Optional for garnish
Instructions
- Peel and freeze the banana 2 hours before use (or overnight).
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the blended smoothie into your glass for serving. Garnish with chocolate chips, and enjoy!

Notes
- Store leftover smoothies in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in a covered container.
- * Any milk can be used, whole milk will make for a creamier smoothie. Vegan milk works well too.
- *Almond or peanut butter both work great for this recipe!
- For a thinner smoothie, add a few extra tablespoons of milk until you reach your desired consistency.
