- 1 cup sweet cherries (pitted)
- 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat)
- 1 banana
- ⅓ cup chocolate protein protein
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
