Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars
These Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars transform classic cookie flavors into a soft, chewy bar form. Melted butter mixed with brown and white sugar creates a creamy base for the batter, which includes eggs and vanilla for richness. Flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt provide structure, while semi-sweet chocolate chips add melty pockets of sweetness. Baking in a 9x13 pan produces a thick bar with a tender crumb, ideal for slicing and sharing.
