Ingredients

  • 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter softened at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (100 grams) light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (135 grams) mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (250 grams) plain whole milk yogurt

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment and cover in a single layer with the flour.
  2. Bake the flour in the preheated oven until heated through, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the toasted flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently mix into the butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips, then the yogurt.
  5. Place in freezer safe container and freeze overnight- about 12 hours.
