Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter , melted
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add melted butter to a 9x13 baking dish and spread all over the bottom.
  3. Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, flour, and salt to a blender and process until well combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips over the mixture. Bake, uncovered, for 20-22 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Serve with powdered sugar, fruit, and maple syrup.
