Chocolate Chip Muffins
Chocolate Chip Muffins combine a tender crumb with sweet bursts of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips in every bite. The batter uses vegetable oil, egg, and milk for moistness, balanced by a leavening of baking powder to produce soft, evenly risen muffins. These muffins bake quickly at a high temperature, creating a lightly golden exterior while keeping the interior moist. They work well as a breakfast treat or snack, and their mild vanilla undertone complements the chocolate chips nicely.
