Chocolate Chip Quadruple Nut Crunch Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 chocolate pie crust
- 2 8- ounce cream cheese I used lower fat cream cheese, softened, packaged
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts chopped roughly, Planters Winter Spice seasonal
- 6 TBS caramel sauce homemade or store bought
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 TBS butter
Notes
- *For a clean cut, wipe the knifes edge off between making cuts so there is no cheesecake on it.
