Ingredients

  • 1 chocolate pie crust
  • 2 8- ounce cream cheese I used lower fat cream cheese, softened, packaged
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 egg
  • ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup nuts chopped roughly, Planters Winter Spice seasonal
  • 6 TBS caramel sauce homemade or store bought
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 TBS butter

Notes

  • *For a clean cut, wipe the knifes edge off between making cuts so there is no cheesecake on it.
