Ingredients

  • 12 strawberries
  • 2 cups Orange Chocolate Melting Wafers

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. To Prep: Wash strawberries and dry completely. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Place orange chocolate wafers or orange candy melts in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until melted and smooth.
  3. Hold strawberry by the leaves and dip in the melted orange chocolate. Roll the strawberry in the melted chocolate until all of the red fruit is coated.
  4. Place chocolate covered strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  5. Scoop remaining melted chocolate into a plastic piping bag or a ziplock bag and snip the corner so there is a tiny hole. Drizzle orange chocolate on top of the candy coated strawberries so they have texture like real carrots.
