Instructions
- Prepare your martini glass by drizzling the strawberry and chocolate syrups inside. Use the types of syrups you'd use to top an ice cream sundae, such as Hershey's.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the chocolate wine or chocolate liqueur, white chocolate liqueur, and strawberry vodka into the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass, garnish with chocolate covered strawberries* or strawberry slices, and serve immediately.
Notes
- *To make chocolate covered strawberries, simply melt about 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high power for 1 minute, stop to check and stir, and then heat in 15 second bursts until the mixture can be stirred smooth.
- Dip washed and dried strawberries in the chocolate and place them on a parchment-covered baking sheet or large plate until they set. You can speed this process up by placing the tray in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- They will keep for at least 1 week in the fridge this way. One cup of melted chocolate will yield about one dozen average-sized chocolate covered strawberries.
