Ingredients
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
FONDUE DIPPERS
- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup pineapple cubed
- 1 kiwi sliced
- 1 tangerine sections
Instructions
- Heat cream in a double boiler over a medium heat. When cream starts to bubble, turn it very low and add chopped chocolate and stir until all the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Serve with fresh fruit or chunks of pound cake...or whatever else you can think of! (My favorite are strawberries and banana slices.) Happy dipping!
Cup of Yum
Notes
- If the fondue is too thin, add some more chocolate. If it is too thick, add more WARM cream to the mixture. The cream must be warm - if it's cold, the chocolate will "break."
