Chocolate Nutty Cups

These layered chocolate nutty cups (also called peanut chocolate layered cups or chocolate nut bites) are such a gift. No baking required!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanuts, pecans, walnuts or your favorite or favorites
  • ¾ cups milk chocolate chips, caramel, peanut butter, butterscotch or semi sweet, combined or in layers
  • sprinkles or sparkles

Instructions

  1. Assemble all of the ingredients.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals.
  3. Stirring in between intervals until smooth.
  4. Add nuts.
  5. Stir in nuts until incorporated.
  6. Fill mini muffin liners ¾ full with mixture.
  7. Chill for an hour and allow to harden.
  8. In another microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals.
  9. Stirring in between intervals until smooth.
  10. Spoon a thin layer of chocolate over bites.
  11. Fill your cups, spoonful after spoonful.
  12. Shake the pan gently to even out the chocolate. Or gently slam the muffin pan on the counter a couple of times to cause chocolate to settle.
  13. Chill until chocolate is hardened. Serve and enjoy every bite.
