- ½ cup milk
- 4 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup flour
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk milk, vegetable oil, brown sugar, and vanilla together.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Whisk again until blended.
- Pour batter into a greased coffee mug that holds at least 10 oz.
- Drop peanut butter into the batter.
- Just leave it there.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave for 80 seconds.
- Or until the cake is set.
- Serve with whipped cream and more chocolate chips.
- Enjoy every bite.
