- 1 Cup All-Natural Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 3 Scoops Organic Plant-based Protein Powder We used Drink Orgain Brand
- ½ Cup coconut flour
- 1½ Cup dark chocolate chips or sugar-free
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- festive sprinkles
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, protein, maple syrup, and coconut flour until combined.
- Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes and line up a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Using a scooper, scoop about 2 tablespoons of the peanut butter dough and roll into a ball. Place on parchment paper and press down gently and form heart shapes
- Freeze for 10-15 minutes. A few minutes before removing the dough from the freezer, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil over chocolate chips and melt in the microwave in 20-second increments until melted.
- Dip each protein peanut butter heart one a time in the melted chocolate until they are completely coated and then place on parchment paper.
- Top with sprinkles and return to the fridge for another 10-15 minutes until chocolate hardens up. Serve and Enjoy
