CHOCOLATE PECAN TURTLE CLUSTERS

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 1 cup caramel candies (unwrapped)
  • 2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 8 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 8 oz dark chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Prepare the Pecans:

Melt the Chocolate:
  1. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk and dark chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Assemble the Clusters:
  1. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange the toasted pecans in small clusters. Spoon a small amount of caramel over each cluster, followed by a drizzle of the melted chocolate.
Chill and Set:
  1. Refrigerate the clusters for 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the chocolate has set completely.
