Ingredients

  • 4-5 prunes pitted
  • 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk 235ml
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Make sure your prunes don't have any pits.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  3. If you want it thinner, add a little more milk and blend again.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
